Most of our clients prefer us to visit them in their own home where they can look at fabrics and samples in situ.

Our clients are based all over the South East – including Guildford, Woking, Esher, Cobham, Weybridge, Windsor, Farnham, Horsham, Dorking and further afield.

When you book an appointment, we establish whether you are looking for measuring and supply only, or whether you want a design for a whole room including window treatments, furniture, flooring, lighting, wallpaper and paint.

Before we meet you for the first time, we take a brief from you, for example whether you prefer a traditional or contemporary look, whether you want curtains, furniture, carpets etc. We would then bring a selection of pattern books, samples and catalogues to show you. From this meeting we very quickly determine your likes and dislikes. We take any necessary measurements and return at a later date with many more samples, ideas and costs. Usually by this stage we have a very good idea of what you are trying to achieve, and we will work with you as long as it takes to achieve the result you are after.

If you are pretty sure of what you are looking for and would like us to measure and quote, then we would do this free of charge, for example curtains for one room.

If you want more help and want us to design and source products for you then we charge £150 + VAT per room which is refundable against purchases over £500 ex VAT. This means that once an order is placed, our comprehensive design service is ultimately free of charge.
